  1. Subscription-Based Services
    Lovetalk.online offers paid subscription plans that provide access to premium features and services on the platform. By purchasing a subscription, users agree to the pricing, duration, and terms mentioned at the time of purchase.
  2. Refund Eligibility
    Refund requests are not automatically guaranteed.
    Any refund request must be submitted at least 14 days (2 weeks) before the subscription end date.
    Refund requests submitted after this period or after subscription expiry will not be considered.
  3. Non-Refundable Charges
    Please note that the following charges are non-refundable under any circumstances:
    Instamojo payment gateway fee (2%)
    Additional ₹3 + applicable GST charged during payment processing
    These charges are deducted by the payment gateway and are not received by Lovetalk.online.
  4. No Refund After Service Usage
    Once a subscription has been activated and the services have been used (fully or partially), no refund will be issued, except where required by law.
  5. How to Request a Refund
    To request a refund (if eligible):
    Users must contact us via email from their registered email address
    Include subscription details and reason for the request

    Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, after deducting non-refundable charges.
  6. Cancellation Policy
    Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
    Cancellation will stop future renewals, but access will continue until the end of the current subscription period.
    Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund.
  7. Policy Updates
    Lovetalk.online reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
    Any changes will be updated on this page with a revised date.
